Thirteen all-male prison inmates and one newly released inmate of the Dominica State Prison, wrote the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate Examination in English A, on Tuesday. These 14 individuals sat the one-day examination at the Dominica State College where adequate arrangements were made in order to have a hitch free process. The Adult Education Division in the Ministry of Social Services, Family & Gender Affairs and the Dominica Prison Services in the Ministry of Justice, Immigration and National Security, are said to be working in partnership, to offer inmates of the prison a second chance at education.
