Opposition Senator Delbert Paris is concerned about the reliability of data provided by the Ministry of Housing regarding the distribution of homes to Dominicans in 2023. Paris pointed out discrepancies between the figures reported by the Minister of Finance and those given by the Minister of Housing, casting doubt as to which numbers are accurate. Paris has also questioned the lack of issuance of Certificates of Title to these Dominicans, which were promised by the government but were not fulfilled. He argued that if these Titles are truly intended to be a stabilizing factor for recipients, there should be a clear explanation as to why they have not yet been provided. He suggested that Morocco's message is clear: offer your support, and in return, you will receive benefits such as fertilizers. Dominica Former UN Ambassador, Crispin Gregoire.

The Dominica Association of Evangelical Churches says based on the statement of Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit in recent times - where he agreed to and signed the Samoa Agreement forced onto Caribbean countries by UNESCO - Prime Minister Skerrit may have single-handedly destroyed the social fabric of Dominican Society. In efforts to allay the concerns of many Dominican religious organizations and leaders across the Caribbean, Prime Minister Skerrit, claimed that there was nothing to be concerned about regarding the contents of the Samoa Agreement, however further research into the 404 page document shows otherwise. According to the Council of the European Union, the Samoa Agreement outlines common principles and covers the following six priority areas for African, Caribbean and Pacific member countries: democracy and human rights, sustainable economic growth and development, climate change, human and social development, peace and security and migration and mobility. However, DAEC President, Pastor Rodney, reveals that the 404 page document also has underlying foundations which perverse the advertised objectives, and can dismantle the social structure of Caribbean Family life - similar to the social quagmire ongoing in the United States. Social Activist Zead Lloyd has voiced strong criticism of the DLP government's recent increase in Value Added Taxes (VAT), arguing that it has exacerbated the financial strain on Dominica's already economically impoverished population. Lloyd contends that while many are reluctant to speak out, the higher VAT will ultimately benefit the wealthier Mulatto class, further deepening economic inequality. For the past two decades, discussions have predominantly centered around the government, according to Lloyd. Now, he believes it is time to shift the focus to the people. Lloyd emphasized that without demographic empirical power, the people have nothing. Social Activist, Zead Llyod
