Chairman of the LaPlaine Disaster Preparedness committee Mr. Jason Fontaine says in 2014, a stop order was issued to Pig Farmer Dr. John Toussaint by bailiff of legal affairs George Bellot, with a copy sent to Mr. Ricky Brumant, and after receiving these notifications from authorities, it is reported that Dr. Toussaint allegedly carried on, and ignored the warnings issued by the legal authorities. Fontaine says this blatant act by Dr. Toussaint to continue operations on his Pig Farm is disrespectful to the people of LaPlaine, to the officers who have been warning and trying to work with Dr. Toussaint over the years, and also to the Government of Dominica.
