The Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) says it is working on upgrading volcanic, earthquake, and tsunami annexes.
Director of CDEMA Ronald Jackson says it doesn't matter if it is the hurricane season, there can be any natural hazard event given the climatic setting in the Caribbean.
Jackson says CDEMA recognizes that the seismic risk is ever present and looming, using Haiti as a prime example.
