“These guys are milking the cow and people of Dominica are made to Perish” a statement used to describe the type of imbalance being faced in the country underneath the present Administration, by CCM executive member, Michael Coipel. Coipel was painting the harsh reality of the ripple effect being faced by people of Portsmouth and Dominica at Large. He says that the many people who went to take bank loans, as well as the many cleaners janitors and other paying jobs have felt the impact. He says that we as a people need to rethink certain situations through to make a change, and that a change is needed. Meanwhile, Ross University’s Departure has left a lot of Dominicans in question as it relates to the future of their businesses, loans, mortgages etc, in the city of Portsmouth. Ross University made millionaires of many a Dominicans as well, provided steady income for majority within the Portsmouth Picard area. Speaking on the issue of Ross’s departure, Is CCM Executive Member, Michael Coipel. Coipel expressed his concerns as it relates to the banking situation of the many Dominicans who once benefited from the 40 year Medical Partner. He was speaking as a guest speaker on the “Patriots Voices on Q” He simply posed the question that many people are concerned about. CCM executive member, Michael Coipel.
