CCM to host major National Consultation on the need for Electoral Reform in Dominica on April 24, 2018

The Concerned Citizen Movement (CCM) of Dominica will be hosting a National Consultation on the need for Electoral Reform in Dominica on 24th April 2018 at the Goodwill Parish Hall from 10:00 a.m.
 
Several stakeholders have been invited to participate in this discussion, including:

CCM Officials say the consultation will bring into sharp focus the recommendations made by the organization of American States (OAS) and the Commonwealth Secretariat, time and time again, in order that best practices are adhered to, in all aspects of Dominica’s Electoral System, and that they will be seeking to chart a way forward as to the elements which will add value, and create a more equitable electoral system in Dominica, thereby safeguarding one of the principles of a true and vibrant democracy
