Out of the eighty-four (84), twelve entries (12) were rewarded at a prize giving ceremony today Friday. The top twelve schools are as follows: Convent Prep with three (3) entries; Bellevue Chopin Primary two (2) entries; Newtown primary, Berean Christian Academy, Jones Beaupierre Primary, Kaleb Laurent Primary, Salisbury Primary, St. Luke’s Primary, and the Morne Prosper Primary, each with one (1) entry. Speaking at the ceremony, Coordinator in the child abuse prevention unit Mrs. Jemma Azille Lewis, urged parents and guardians to be vigilant in protecting their children, and especially during this carnival season.
