DEAR program to support farmers in rehabilitating white potato crops officially launched Tuesday12/20/2017 The Dominica Emergency Agricultural Recovery (DEAR) program which aims to offer support to farmers for the rehabilitation of white potato crops was officially launched Tuesday. The assistance being offered to farmers is valued at EC$350,000. The program is being funded by the government of Canada in collaboration with the World University Services of Canada (WUSC) produce through enterprises and Linkages -PROPEL and the ministry of agriculture.
