Diabetics are advised to be conscious of their habits and make wiser decisions in health and hygiene4/9/2018 Jolly’s Pharmacist as well as Jolly’s Health Vibes Host Carlton Lanquedoc advises those of us that are diabetic to be a little more conscious of their daily hygienic routine as they are prone to more risks , being diabetic. Mr. Lanquedoc addressed the public on Wednesday morning on the “Jolly’s Health Vibes" radio programme held on Q95. He went on to say that diabetics are more prone to halitosis and other complications than the average person. Mr. Carlton Lanquedoc Meanwhile, speaking on the topic of Diet and Hygiene, Mrs Jacinta Defoe, new co-host of Jolly’s radio program on Q95 entitled “Health Vibes”, is advising the public to be mindful of what they put into their bodies, as this is key in the overall issue of personal hygiene. The excess alcohol, sugar and other unhealthy foods build up toxins that contribute to unwanted body odour. She added that exercise and proper grooming will contribute to maintaining a positive mental attitude towards hygiene. Meantime, Defoe is also offering advice to young women on the topic of health and hygiene. Mrs Defoe says the human body has natural ways of cleansing itself, and during the time of the month when they are experiencing their menstrual cycles, women should take extra caution and necessary steps to ensure their body is clean and healthy, as it may lead to unwanted odours if not treated properly.
