Education Minister Petter St Jean calls on Dominica State College (DSC) graduating students to look towards entrepreneurship and self-employment when considering alternative forms of employment
Education Minister Petter St Jean has told graduating students of the Dominica State College that they need to start thinking 'outside of the box'.
He says we now live in a time when people are hard-pressed to employ creativity and imagination, as they seek to carve a niche for themselves in the global environment.
He told the 335 DSC Graduating students on Tuesday not to limit themselves to traditional avenues of employment, that may have them functioning way below their potential.
