Five telecommunications service providers bid to provide services to Dominica for the next 15 years3/5/2018 The Ministry of Information, Communications, & Technology through the Government of Dominica has opened the bidding process for Communications Service providers in the market to provide services to the Commonwealth of Dominica. Five Telecommunications Service Providers have placed their bids to provide the service to Dominica for the next 15 years. The companies both local and international presented the relevant documents during a bidding process at the government headquarters in Roseau Friday. The bidders are FLOW, Digicel, HP, CPSI and Sismil. They all made representations with the hope that they will be able to provide the service. Kelver Darroux is the Minister for ICT.
