Gregoire went on to quote one of the exhibits in a number of Documents attached to the affidavit and explained what transpired and the amount of money involved in this scenario. The figures reveal that a total of some 195 Million US dollars has been in rotation, of which 5% is allegedly owed to Mr. Zampoli, according to him. Mr. Gregoire said Zampoli claims, that money not having been paid to him, constitutes a breach of contract, and it appears essentially, that the CBI is all about people making money on the property of the state.
