Former Attorney General Bernard Wiltshire claims that Dominica needs a new administration to safeguard the country because the current regime is no longer legitimate. He is concerned as to whether the Dominican people are in favor of the mass creation of new citizens that might overwhelm the number of natural born citizens. He continued by pointing out that the Montreal Management Company has been given illegal power to the housing program, which doesn't even account for its budget to parliament. Wiltshire added that if we do not stop this, the sale of passports will cause us to lose our nation, and our descendants will be deprived of their birthrights. Wiltshire is pleading with all Dominicans to be open-minded and see what the program is really all about. He emphasized how the country is being sold right in front of our eyes, and no one is keeping track of how the money is being spent. He contends that it creates concerns for our personal security, as well as the security of our nation and its citizens. Former Attorney General, Bernard Wiltshire
