Has the Police Chief called-in PWA Executive Officers to discuss alleged conspiracy to plan subversion?

​Information reaching Q95 is raising questions as to whether Dominica’s Police Chief Daniel Carbon, may have summoned executive members of the Police Welfare Association (PWA) to an urgent meeting in his office, to address what he may have described as an alleged conspiracy to plan subversion, by its members.
 
A source informed Q95 that the meeting could take place on Wednesday 22nd March 2017. According to the source, Carbon has threatened to arrest police officers who are involved in that alleged subversion.
 
The source also indicated that the Police Chief may have stated that he was reliably informed by intelligence officers, that members of the force may have hatched up a plan to commit some illegal acts, and that he intends to take necessary action.
 
Further information revealed that as the news of the threat by the Chief continued to spread within the force, officers are very disturbed, and they are asking the Chief to prove the allegation, of PWA members engaging in any conspiracy to plan subversion.
