He recalls a situation where a party supporter ridiculed a financially struggling single mother seeking help, highlighting a dismissive attitude towards her. This behavior, according to Andre, reflects a wider issue in the party, including the significant earnings of foreign individuals surpassing the annual salary budget of civil servants in Dominica.

Furthermore, Justice Andre criticizes the apparent disparity in earnings and priorities within the government. He highlights instances where foreign individuals are making significant amounts of money, dwarfing the earnings of locals involved in programs like the National Employment Program (NEP). Andre underscores the need to address this discrepancy, especially when impoverished Dominicans continue to face challenges like inadequate housing.
