Leader Kent Vital confirms the Dominica Freedom Party will begin a series of public meetings and house-to-house campaigns amid calls for their greater presence on the ground
In a press release sent to Q95 news, dated 11th June 2019, the Dominica Freedom Party stated that it has been conducting house to house campaigns, and will be embarking on a series of public meetings in the Roseau area.
Vital says there have recently been calls for the executive of the DFP to increase its political ground-work, and the DFP executive says this will be their direct answer to the calls by the citizens of Dominica.
The first of these meetings will take place on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 in the Upper River Street area at 7:30pm.
The DFP says, at this Public Meeting, it will introduce its Political Leader Mr. Kent Vital, who is an economist, and former employee of the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), as its Candidate to contest the Roseau Central Constituency in the upcoming general election.
The party says it will also articulate its plans and vision for the Roseau Central Constituency and for Dominica as a whole, at that meeting. The Freedom Party is inviting the public to attend and to turnout in large numbers, to listen to the issues and challenges confronting Dominica and its people, from the DFP’s perspective.
