Speaking on a local media program, Blackmoore stated that individuals who use social media to commit crimes, and to create public mischief, should be identified and dealt with accordingly. His comments came on the heels of what he described as recent fabrications & transmissions regarding an alleged departure tax increase. National Security Minister Rayburn Blackmoore.

A law should be put in place to deal with people like Rayburn blackmore for depriving deserving workers in the public service their rightful position because of their political affiliation
