Chinese Ambassador to Dominica, Lu Kun, says the New National Hospital project has proven to be one of the most complicated projects to be undertaken by the Chinese contractors. He made the remarks while addressing a press briefing and walkthrough of the New National Hospital on Thursday. This project which involves constructing on an already existing and operational site has been described as complex and complicated by contractors. Ambassador Kun says this situation has made it difficult to push forward. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit says it was not his original idea to have the New National Hospital constructed on the existing site of the Princess Margaret Hospital.
"Ideally we should have had a clear site, with no obstructions to build this hospital" he said. Prime Minister Skerrit made the remarks while addressing a press briefing and walkthrough of the New National Hospital on Thursday.

I've often wonder why and discus the issue with my friend why was it necessary to build a new hospital on an already functioning hospital site. Would it not better to have two separate hospitals
