President of the Concerned Citizens Movement, Loftus Durand, claimed Dominica is now at a stalemate.
Durand says although he may be painted as a prophet of ‘doom and gloom’, that is the reality of Dominica.
He made his comments over the weekend on the program ‘Patriots’ Voices on Q’.
Durand also revealed he has always understood the National Employment Program (NEP) as a stopgap measure for young people.
Not crying down the means of income for some individuals, Durand stated, ‘it stifles development’.
