During his presentation in Parliament, on the 2019/2020 National Budget presented by the DLP Administration on 2nd August 2019, UWP Senator & Candidate for the Roseau Valley Constituency Ronald Charles focused squarely on the lack of investments and innovation for advancing youth interests and the sports industry. Charles went on to give examples of the projects the sitting Roseau Valley MP, Dr. John Collin McIntyre should have implemented over his 15 years in office, however according to the UWP Senator, nothing sensible or effective was done to significantly enhance youth and sports opportunities within the Roseau Valley district. Charles alluded to the fact that the citizens within the Roseau Valley constituency must put their vote with him, to ensure they receive proper representation. Meantime, Charles is not impressed with the presentation of the DLP St. Joseph MP Kelver Darroux, on the 2019/2020 national budget in terms of creating innovative opportunities for the youth in Dominica. Charles shared those views in Parliament during the 2019/2020 national budget debate on 2nd August 2019. UWP Senator and Candidate for the Roseau Valley Constituency, Ronald Charles
