The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank celebrated the dedication and achievements of its employees during the 2025 Gala and Awards held on December 6 at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort. The ceremony acknowledged 31 staff members for service milestones ranging from five to 35 years, with Andrea Gilbert-Bullen receiving special recognition for 3 decades of continuous service. Officials also highlighted this year’s S.T.A.R.
Awards, presented to 12 staff members who were said to embody the Bank’s values of service, teamwork, accountability, and results, while the Advisory Services unit in the Governor’s Office earned the 2025 Department S.T.A.R. Award. The event also featured the presentation of the ECCB Spirit Award to four employees for their contributions to the institution’s culture and community outreach. Impact Awards were given to the Anti-Money Laundering Supervisory Unit, the Project BOOST Banking Team, and Kieran St. Omer for initiatives considered to have improved systems and processes across the Bank. Four employees—Raquel Leonce, Devon Rawlins, Jevon Wilkins, and Wayne Myers—received the Governor’s Award, marking the ceremony as a celebration of service excellence and the Bank’s commitment to a strong, supportive workplace.
