The Youth Development Division of the Ministry of Youth & Sports will host the Youth Empowerment Forum 2025 on March 27, 2025, to Celebrate Trainees' Achievements &offer key opportunities

​The Youth Development Division of the Ministry of Culture, Youth, Sports, and Community Development will host the Youth Empowerment Forum 2025 on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at the Dominica Public Service Union (Downstairs), starting at 9:00 AM.
 
This event will mark the official conclusion of the November 2024 – March 2025 cycle of the Youth Skills Training Programme (YSTP). Over 30 trainees from the Roseau, South, and East districts will come together to participate. The Forum aims to equip these young individuals with practical tools, valuable insights, and inspiration as they prepare to either enter or re-enter the workforce and embark on entrepreneurial journeys.
 
With the theme, "Empower yourself with knowledge, seize opportunities, and create the future you envision," the Forum will feature a series of engaging presentations and panel discussions. These sessions will focus on the essential services and support available through national agencies and financial institutions, helping attendees better understand how they can access the resources they need for success.
 
The event will not only celebrate the trainees' progress but also serve as a crucial platform for connecting them with real-world opportunities and support systems, aiding them in securing meaningful and sustainable employment or launching their own business ventures.
