What is the counter insurgency strategy for dealing with persons in high places? Asks Social advocate Atherton Martin

Social advocate Atherton Martin is raising the question as to what is the counter insurgency strategy for dealing with persons in high places, who speak openly about spending millions of dollars for their constituency?
 
Atherton Martin asked that question while hosting the regular radio program “Governance and the Economy” on Q95fm Radio on Tuesday evening.
 
He then went on to pose the questions “since when is a constituency, which is a transient tool of political organizational war fare? Since when is that the tool for economic and disaster recovery?” … and “Did the winds blow according to the constituency?” How do you address those issues at the constituency level?

​Meantime, Martin delivered a powered message to the people of Dominica.
 
Martin stated that he has come to declare war; “war on poverty, war on unemployment; war on fraudulent behaviour, on dishonesty, on hypocrisy in high places, and so-called educated people behaving stupid.”
 
Martin says if you declare war, you have to choose your weapons and choose your tools for this war. He explained that the war I question is not one of physicality; but rather a fight of principality. 

​He then made reference to the biblical references of the great battles between good and evil and right and wrong; where he mentions the constant references of fire made in the bible, and say there are many ways fire is fought.
 
Mr. Martin says that each and every one of us, is going to need to be prepared to be responsible for our own actions 

​Meanwhile, Martin is now saying, “Those who can’t hear will feel. He asks, are you feeling yet what it’s like to live in a society that is collapsing?”.
 
He went on to say that persons wake up to the harsh realities, and the question of how does one ‘earn’ a living and not ‘beg’ for a living
