Agriculturist Dr Clayton Shillingford says public servants should not take part in partisan political activity
Dominican Agriculturist Dr. Clayton Shillingford says public servants should not take part in partisan political activities. According to Shillingford, this type of action is an indicator that the individuals are unable to execute their duties in an unbiased manner. He says public servants including members of the Police force, should avoid taking part in any partisan political activities.
Meanwhile, Dr Shillingford says the current DLP administration has itself been violating the law, and public service rules, in these regards. He says unless the people of Dominica recognize this, and send a strong message to the government, that this behaviour must be stopped, the country will continue on a downward spiral, which will eventually invoke violence and social disorder.
