As part of its role in being good corporate citizens, the AID Bank launched an Entrepreneurial Scholarship in memory of the late former AID Bank director Hubert Nicholas Joseph. The Scholarship is to be rendered to a student accepted into the Dominica State College through application, to pursue a two-year associate’s degree in entrepreneurship. According to Deputy Chairman/Director Simpson Gregoire, the scholarship will cover tuition and other academic fees, and will include a stipend toward transportation and incidentals. Applicants must be of reputable character and have a commitment to work in Dominica upon completion. Gregoire went on to give the requirements of maintaining the Scholarship and states that the Scholarship commences in the upcoming 2016 academic year.
