A 4.6 magnitude earthquake shook Dominica today at about 9.36am.
According to the Trinidad based Seismic Research Centre, the event was located at 16.15°N and 60.74°W. It was reported felt in both Dominica and Guadeloupe. Just yesterday, Sunday 8 May 2016, a 5.2 magnitude earthquake rattled Antigua but there were no reports of injuries or damages. In recent times a number of earthquakes have been reported in the region. Just last month two earthquakes occurred north of Dominica with magnitudes 4.1 and 3.7 respectively. Both were reported felt across Dominica.
