Britain's Exit from the European Union is high on the agenda for Dominica's PM Roosevelt Skerrit as he assumed the chairmanship of Caricom July 1 2016.
The PM outlined a number of critical issues to be addressed among the Caricom community.
Skerrit who is chairing the 37th Caricom Heads of Government meeting in Georgetown Guyana from July 4 - 6, says the vote to leave the EU by the British people has to be closely studied.
The PM says he also hopes to examine regional transportation.
The issue of the Caribbean court of justice CCJ will also be examined.
