Calypso Monarch ‘King Dice’ discharged from PMH after admission following a motor cycle collision5/11/2016 Reigning Calypso king, Dennison ‘Dice’ Joseph has been discharged from the Princess Margaret Hospital, where he had been a patient, after a motor vehicular collision. ‘Dice’ is the 8-time Calypso Monarch of Dominica.
Meanwhile, Dice celebrated his birthday on 9th May, and appeared in a Facebook post, cutting a cake. According to Police PRO, Acting Inspector Pellam JnoBaptiste, the accident occurred on Saturday, May 7, 2016, at about 10:30pm, on Goodwill Road. Jno Baptiste said “Joseph was the rider of scooter registration number PS362. He lost control of the motor cycle and it went off the road”. Jno Baptiste added that Dice sustained injuries to his head and other parts of his body. He was transported to the Accident & Emergency Department of the PMH, where he was examined by a medical doctor and admitted. According to the police PRO, Investigations are ongoing.
