Canefield man fined $10,000 after guilty plea to possession of firearms and ammunition without licence
One man of Canefield has pleaded guilty to charges of possession of firearms and ammunition without licence.
According to Police reports, a search warrant was executed on two premises belonging to Philbert Francis Dupuis on Monday, upon which police discovered the ammunition and firearms.
Dupuis was formally charged and taken before the court, where he was fined $10,000, which was to be paid immediately.
