Caribbean Regional Herbalist Ras Bobby Olivaccé says the banks seemingly have policies that bare contrary to agriculture.
He reiterated that the work to source markets for agriculture has not yet been done.
He tells Dominicans it is time to take it upon themselves as they cannot simply depend on people who are not showing interest in agriculture.
Ras Bobby also called for attention to lessons learnt by socialists, as there appears to be a drift in the country towards an outdated western style of capitalism.
The herbalist suggests that Dominicans have to spend time helping to brand their country as the Nature Island.
