DAIC Vice President Stephen Lander is of the view that client experience is what should be sold rather than just the product, as this has a more lasting effect
We need to start selling Client Experience, rather than just the product as it has a more lasting effect, says DAIC's Vice President, Stephen Lander.
Lander says as it relates to D-Cash (Digital Cash), “we need to find a way to not just have a conversation and put up a PowerPoint in front of clients and expect them to buy into what we are selling; but we have to find a way to give them the real experience of using what it is we are trying to sell.”
Mr. Lander was speaking on the present forward progress of D-Cash marketing to clients last week.
He says one must not underestimate the optics of this scenario, as it is backed by the Central Bank.
