Executive Director of the Dominica Association of Persons with Disabilities (DAPD), Nathalie Murphy, says she hopes that access to the physical environment and public buildings will become a reality for disabled persons here with the proposed Roseau Enhancement project.

In a recent interview with Q95 news, Murphy says she hopes the needs of persons with disabilities will be incorporated into that project.
