Deputy Political Leader of the United Workers Party, Franisca Joseph said the statistics which were received from the Social Welfare Division is very frightening and it is just an account of reported cases, meaning there are unreported cases. She was speaking on the Worker's Voice Program on Thursday evening.
She added that once someone remains silent, it means you are an accessory to the fact that your child is being abused. Joseph added that 2-year-old children have no right to be abused in Dominica.
