​General Manager of the Dominica Cooperative Societies League Ltd (DCSLL), Phoenix Belfield sayshe will be going on a sensitization drive with the League’s membership, to educate them on the benefits that an international airport will have for the island.
 
Phoenix Belfield says the league supports the idea of an international airport for Dominica, and this drive will place emphasis on residents located in the north eastern area.
