The Dominica Electoral Office has remained mostly silent on the claims relating to Ambassador Vince Henderson’s ineligibility to be nominated as a candidate in the Grand Bay By-Election taking place today Thursday 25th November. However, Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit is finally defending Vince Henderson, saying that no law was broken, and protests were anticipated. On the eve of the Grand Bay By-Election,he says Henderson never received a salary from Government and even if he did, he would still be eligible to be a candidate.
