Former Leader of the Dominica Freedom Party, Kent Vital believes that we should be more strategic, efficient and innovative in the marketing produce from the Agricultural Sector.
 
He says marketing of products from the agricultural sector has always lacked the right planning and innovative mindset from the time Dominica exported Bananas as its main produce on Island. Subsequent to that period after this market contracted, the mindset of being innovative in marketing or the reviving of the Agricultural Sector has been lacking, and the leaders in the current administration are no exception.

Vital stated that more than half of the 2022/23 Budget comes from the Citizenship by Investment Program.
