Dominica Public Service Union President Steve Joseph contends that young men cannot be held solely accountable for all of their acts, if the society continues to fail them and put no support systems in place
According to the President of the Dominica Public Service Union, Steve Joseph, some measure of the delinquency arising out of young people's actions cannot be placed solely on them, because there will be a gap in their self-development if society fails them, and if there are no systems in place to support them when their family structures fail and break up. He was speaking on the DPSU Program on Q95 Wednesday evening.
Joseph went on to say that the system more so rewards cheating than there are any role models or leaders that have ethics that push people to strive for decent jobs and career advancement.
