Dominican farmers are being urged to improve and increase their sanitary measures in getting their produce out for sale. That’s the call from Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture Harold Guiste. This as health and agriculture officials in collaboration with the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) launched a study to assess the prevalence and identify risks of leptospirosis in Dominica.
