Dominica's National Security Minister says reports of alleged money laundering activities are being investigated by the FIU
Dominica's National Security Minister, Rayburn Blackmoore, has sought to defend claims made in last Monday's sitting of parliament that reports of alleged money laundering activities are not being investigated by the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).
The statements were made by an opposition United Workers Party member with regards to alleged money laundering activities that have been reported to the FIU and are not being investigated.
Blackmoore says the issue of due process has to be taken into consideration before any allegations are made.
