DPSU General Secretary says public officers fear victimization if they speak against workplace injustices
General Secretary of the Public Service Union, Thomas Letang, is of the view that public officers live in fear of being victimized if they speak out against injustices in the workplace.
He says despite their major concerns about certain matters, they remain silent out of fear, and often voice their concerns cautiously outside of the working environment, but still fearing that word will get back to their employers.
