Earl White is the new chairman of the Bense / Anse de Mai and Anse Soldat Village Council. The 18thinauguration meeting of Bense/Anse de Mai and Anse Soldat took place on December 27, 2019 at the Bense Primary School.
 
While addressing the ceremony, the chairman identified numerous projects that will be undertaken during his term. His wish is that the community become the first resilient community in Dominica.
 
The other members are, the elected members; Winston, Addison Abraham, Goldene Stevens and Cecile Joseph. The Nominated members are Gabriel Joseph, Burnette Magloire and Kelvin Alick Mitchel.
 
The oaths were administered by Mr. Eutychus Fabien, Justice of Peace, while the Parliamentary representative and Minister of Sports, Culture and Community Development, Hon. Roselyn Paul, presented the credentials.
