The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court has quashed the conviction of Sherman Webb who was found guilty of killing Corey Porion in 2012.
Webb was found guilty of murder between 31st August 2009 and 18th March 2010 during a satanic ritual in the heights of Elmshall in June 2012 and sentenced to life imprisonment by Justice Bernie Stephenson.
The Court of Appeal quashed his conviction Tuesday July 5th 2016 during its sitting in Dominica and ordered a retrial.
