Environmentalist, Atherton Martin, is suggesting a topic for the OECS Environment ministers meeting being held today and tomorrow in Dominica.
He says as droughts continue to rise due to climate change, Dominica continues to remain the only water surplus island in the Caribbean. According to Martin, while countries in the region all have a way to receive oil few have the capacity to receive water. He says transporting water from Dominica needs to be on the regional agenda in order to deal with the impacts of climate change.
