The First Serenade Band has issued an apology to its fans for its absence at this year's Creole in the Park event.
Band Manager, Carlton Winston, says this is due to reasons beyond control of the band.
He says the time proposed for the band's performance was "unsatisfactory" as members were not able to secure time-off to perform at the time slated.
Winston stated further that management of FLOW, the company organizing the event, were not willing to accommodate the band on another day or time.
Attempts to obtain a comment from FLOW's Marketing and Communications Executive, Ferdina Frampton, on the matter were unsuccessful.
