Former Journalist Lennox Leader ordered to pay £20,000 Pounds court costs to Keiron Pinnard-Byrne2/1/2016 Leader of the United Workers Party, Lennox Linton, has commented on the matter involving the sum to be paid to Chattered accountant, Keiron Pinard Byrne, for Privy Council court costs in a defamation case.
The London-based Privy Council ordered Opposition the former to pay chartered accountant Keiron Pinard-Byrne £20,000 in court costs stemming from a defamation case. The judgment was delivered on January 29, and Linton has 21 days from the date of the order to pay the sum. According to the order on record, Linton must pay Pinard-Byrne the “costs before the Judicial Committee, the amount of those costs to be assessed on the standard basis if not agreed between the parties.” Here is Linton’s response on Q95’s ‘Talk on the Block’ earlier this afternoon.
