Former Prime Minister, Edison James, has called on the Commissioner of Police to be fair in carrying out his duties.
Police Chief, Daniel Carbon, last week expressed concern over statements made by members of the public which he believes incites members of the public to commit acts of violence. He said "the police force will take all necessary actions to prevent lawlessness and to protect life and property..." But addressing Marigot constituents and party supporters at an All Night Vigil at Melville Hall last week, James called on Police Chief Carbon to speak out against all injustices here and to be fair in carrying out his duties.
