In order to give visitors a phenomenal experience during their visit to Dominica, the tourism ministry has collaborated with the Discover
Dominica Authority (DDA) to train frontline members of the sector in proper customer service. Tourism Minister, Robert Tonge, has indicated that 101 members have been retrained with more to follow including vendors. He says that the goal is to ensure that all persons who interact with visitors have mastered the art of customer service, giving visitors a better experience on the island.
