After placing a hold on the issuance of visas for Haitian nationals entering Dominica for almost a year, government says it has reinstated the process. The process which allows Haitians a three (3) month stay in Dominica was put on hold after government cited discrepancies within the system. But the Minister for National Security & Immigration Rayburn Blackmoore told the media Tuesday, that the visa scheme is back on track. He says however there will be more transparency within the system, and no more than 25 visas will be issued per month. Blackmoore outlined the application process and criteria for issuance of visas under the new system. National Security Minister Rayburn Blackmoore
