Vagrancy in the capital city has been a burning issue here for quite some time now and while there have been numerous calls for the Government to do more to address this concern, Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit says this a societal responsibility. PM Skerrit says the Government is in the process of establishing a centre to help those who have found themselves on the streets but he says the family must play their part. He says two family members must come forward to be part of the committee which will oversee the strategy being employed by the Government. The growing concern of vagrancy in the capital city was further heightened when one homeless man was burnt with an unknown substance outside of a local restaurant recently.
