Government wants those responsible for beating police officer Carnival Monday brought to justiceĀ2/15/2016 Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit wants those responsible for battery on a police officer on Carnival Monday to be brought to full justice. Three men have been formally charged with the attempted murder of Police Officer Wilberton Jules. On Carnival Monday Jules was severely beaten on Church Street in Roseau by several men inflicting numerous serious injuries to the upper body and head of the Constable of Police with a hammer and a rock weighing over 15lbs.
